On Saturday we went to my parents house for the day. When we got there, my Mom and sister, Krista were making applesauce. So we joined in the fun.
DaKoda helped wash the apples, then load the apples back into the bucket.

Handing an apple straight to Aunt Krista.
DaKoda digging in the sink for apples.

Brooke starting to turn the apple to peel it and make it into spirals.

Brooke pulling the apple off.
Then pulling the apple core off. No, my camera isn't showing weird things in the photo over DaKoda's face....it's actually steam from the applesauce!
Another apple.

Here's what the apple looks like after spiraling it.
See the spirals? Fun, huh?
Here's what the applesauce looked like before Grandpa mashed up all the apples in the pot. Then Grandma added a little sugar and a little cinnamon.
